We aim to provide the best quality Hing and Masala products. Due to the nature of our items (food products), returns are limited to specific conditions.
A return or replacement is accepted only if:
You received a damaged product
You received a wrong item
The product has quality or packaging issues at the time of delivery
NOTE: Products once opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Opened food products
Used or partially consumed items
Items damaged due to customer error
Products without original packaging
After review and approval:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via store credit.
Refund may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment gateway.
If the product is eligible:
A replacement will be shipped without extra cost.
If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
If an order fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, or refusal to accept the parcel:
No refund will be processed.
